Who we are
The data controller for the personal data described here is OSG 1983 LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16351196), registered office 8 Clayland Close, Hollingworth, Hyde, SK14 8PF, trading as Olympic Sports Gym. Any reference to “we” or “us” below means OSG 1983 LTD.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, phone number when you join or contact us
- Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe \u2014 we never see or store your card details
- Marketing preferences: only if you opt in
Why we collect it
To run your membership, contact you about your training, and (only if you ask) send occasional updates about the gym.
Who we share it with
Nobody outside of essential service providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (web hosting), and Supabase (member database and login). All are bound by UK GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. We never sell your data.
Specifically: member account details (name, email, phone, membership status, check-in history) are stored with Supabase Inc., based in the United States, under their UK GDPR-compliant data processing agreement. Card details never touch our systems — Stripe holds them under PCI DSS.

Our site uses essential cookies only \u2014 nothing that needs a banner under UK PECR rules.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Members can delete their own account at any time from the “Delete my account” button inside their member portal — this removes your record from our database immediately. Or email info@olympicsportgym.co.ukand we’ll sort it within 30 days.

How long we keep your data
Active members: while you’re a member, plus 12 months after you leave (in case you come back, and for our own records). After that, we anonymise or delete.
