Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Olympic Sports Gym (“OSG”, “we”, “us”) at Oxford St East, Ashton-under-Lyne, Manchester OL7 0RE. By purchasing a membership, day pass, or using our facilities, you agree to these terms.

Olympic Sports Gym is a trading name of OSG 1983 LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16351196). Registered office: 8 Clayland Close, Hollingworth, Hyde, SK14 8PF.

All our memberships are no-contract. Rolling monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Pre-paid blocks (week, month, 3/6/12 month) are non-refundable but do not auto-renew.

Online payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t store your card details on our servers. You can pay at the desk in cash or by card if you prefer.

Single sessions and pre-paid blocks are non-refundable once your access has started. If you’ve paid for a block but not yet used it, contact us within 14 days and we’ll consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Rolling subscriptions: cancel before the next billing date to avoid being charged. We don’t pro-rate part-month cancellations.

Student and OAP rates require valid ID at the gym (student card, NUS card, or proof of age). If we can’t verify your status on your first visit, we’ll ask you to upgrade to the adult rate.

You use the gym at your own risk. Please:

• Use equipment as intended and ask if you’re unsure
• Return weights and equipment after use
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear
• Don’t use the gym while intoxicated or under the influence of illegal drugs
• Tell us if you have any health condition that may affect your training

We can’t accept responsibility for personal property lost or stolen on the premises. Use the lockers and don’t bring valuables.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a membership for any behaviour that puts other members at risk, including harassment, intimidation, or breach of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the date at the top.
